According to information provided by postal carriers, the increase in international travelers during the World Cup has significantly reduced the amount of cargo space available on passenger flights. As a result, international mail is taking longer than usual to be transported from Japan to many destinations, including the United States.

Because international mail is often transported in the cargo hold of passenger aircraft, limited cargo capacity has caused delays in dispatching and transporting parcels.

What to Expect

・Delivery times may be longer than usual.

・Tracking information may not update for several days while shipments are in transit between countries.

・Tracking will normally resume once the package arrives in the destination country and is processed by the local postal service.

Please rest assured that, in most cases, your parcel is still moving through the international logistics network even if there are no tracking updates for several days.
