How to Track Your International Package with a Tracking Number
When you place an order with us, we will provide you with a tracking number within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This number allows you to check where your package is and when it is expected to arrive.
1. Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
After your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email includes your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
2. How to Track Your Package
You can use your tracking number on any of the following websites:

Supports most international carriers and is available in multiple languages.
Option 2: Your Country's Postal Service
For example:
USA: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction
UK: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
Canada: https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/track-reperage
Paste the tracking number into the search box, and you will see the current delivery status.
3. When Will Tracking Start Working?
Tracking usually becomes active within 1–3 business days after shipment. If the status hasn’t updated yet, please wait a little longer and check again.
4. What If the Tracking Is Not Updating?
This may happen during international transit or customs processing.
It doesn’t mean your package is lost—just that there is no new scan yet.
Tracking will usually update once the parcel arrives in your country.
