The item arrived a little later than I expected, but it turned out to be a good thing. The Gacha Kawa shipping staff checked the condition of the original shipping item and found several scratches. They had to contact their branches to find a replacement. They let me know the possible delay and also attached a photo of the damaged product.
I truly appreciated that they took the time to check the condition and the quality of the product before mailing it out. In my humble opinion, it shows their professionalism and their pride in providing the best product to their customers. I definitely will make other purchases from Gacha Kaw in the future.
